Carol S. Raznick has extensive experience in real estate, mortgage banking and general business law. As VP Real Estate-Legal for M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., the parent of Richmond American Homes, Inc., she directed real estate transactions for operations in the western U.S. and had significant responsibility for mergers and acquisitions by the company nationwide. Since entering private practice, she has represented a number of clients with regard to general business, as well as real estate. Representative clients include airline freight handlers in the negotiation of airport leases throughout the United States; an organic dairy with regard to various real estate matters and employment issues; homebuilders and developers in all aspects of homebuilding, including property acquisition, financing, development and sale and owners of commercial property in sales, leasing, acquisitions and financings.
